Why read this blog?

Why read this blog?

I want to examine life, so far it is personal but the blog shares the journey with anyone interested (so far not many!) So far it has helped me understand the irrationality in the world - people are more about stories than rationality. It is why people blind themselves to FACTS when it does not fit their story. There are still folks who believe the Earth is flat.

The blogs are intended to state Some Rules of Life that are truths (which may be debatable but no one has commented yet) and not realizing them are likely to have negative consequences, some of which may be simply wasting one's time beating one's head against the proverbial wall (needlessly). “Mike Hughes a daredevil and flat-Earth conspiracy theorist used a homebuilt manned rocket in an attempt to see for himself if the Earth is flat… He died in an accident on 22 February 2020 while piloting a flight of his steam-powered rocket in a further attempt to prove the Earth was flat." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modern_flat_Earth_beliefs#International_Flat_Earth_Research_Society

One shouldn't take this blog too seriously. As Friedrich Nietzsche said, "There are no facts, only interpretations."

The Rules may be divided into several categories (Pages for ease of reading)

A)   The Universe (physical stuff) a) Origin - Big Bang b) Time and Space c) Timeline d) Contrast e) Survival ...+ more

B)   Human Structures/Constructs

a) Thought Process with several subcategories i) inputs/observable ii) Reason vs. Belief iii) Human stories

b) Economic Reality i) primitive to present market structure (how it affects development) ii) some areas NOT controllable i.e, weather

c) Communication

d) Conflict

e) Religion

  + more

C)   Further Reading

D)   Discussions (if there ever are any?)

You may think this is a fool's errand. That's ok to say and think. At my stage of life, I don't want to ask the (I think) Don Quixote question "What was it all for?"

So far there is one contributor to this blog and this will likely be a basic website that will develop sporadically. Please be patient as content and structure improve!

"The unexamined life was not worth living" (Socrates)

I've had a fun journey of life so far and this might enhance it even if no one else comes along!
